Padeldivisionintl.com sends packages with DAO and GLS in Denmark. GLS is used for all European destinations. See all payment options. Exceptions cannot be made. All shipments are insured and track & trace information is sent to the customer when shipping from padeldivisionintl.com.

The shipping time for regular service in Europe is 1-3 working days, and for regular service outside Europe 3-5 days. Padeldivisionintl.com assumes no responsibility for delays in customs procedures outside the EU. Shipping times are indicative.

Shipping costs vary from country to country. The prices are added to the order when a customer places an order. Customer service is available to answer any questions regarding shipping costs at hello@padeldivisionintl.com.

Padeldivisionintl.com reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer when ordering multiple items.

Local taxes and fees

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your country's customs office to find out what these additional costs will be before purchasing. These fees are usually collected by the delivery carrier or when you pick up the item - don't confuse them with additional shipping costs.

Please note that if the customer chooses to reject the shipment due to local import duties and taxes, the package will automatically be returned to Padel Division. In this case, Padel Division reserves the right to charge an administration fee of €30 from the customer.

Return

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your goods. Once you have started your return request, you have 15 days to send your goods back to us. Please note that the customer must keep the receipt for the return shipment until the product has been received and refunded by padeldivisionintl.com. Contact: hello@padeldivisionintl.com as soon as you want to start the return process or if there is something wrong with your order. Remember to state your order number. in your email.

Notice that:

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in an unsaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund, which means we will be forced to ship them back to you.

We usually deal with returns within 2 working days of the return request and you will receive an email update about this. We issue refunds via the same payment method you used for your order. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account due to varying processing times among payment providers.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. This applies to both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost if you choose our automatic method.

How to return an order

You arrange to send your goods back to us yourself and choose the courier and shipping service you prefer – we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Below is our shipping address for returns:
